Got laid off last week, and work in an industry that is hurting right now. I also live in a place that's hard (but hopefully not impossible) to get an equal level position.
Has anyone ever done the unemployment thing? How does it work? Does it hurt your credit rating or anything like that?
Don't want to go this route, but it's nice to have the option.

my family currently has 4 cars on Geico insurance. Im 16 years old and when i got my license, the cost of our insurace rose to $1200 more a year. Now, im looking to buy my own car but my dad claims buying another car will raise it to $1800. Can someone explain this to me please? Does your insurance raise everytime you buy a new car? And is the fact that we have 4 cars making my share of the insurance cost more?

I live in Oregon right now and im 18 and pregnant. i have Oregon Health Plan because they give it to pregnant women.
I am unemployed and the OHP covers all of my doctor bills for my monthly check-ups for the baby.
BUT I have to move to Idaho and I was wondering if there is any health insurance there thats like OHP that you can get for being pregnant. i need to know cause i still need monthly check-ups and i cant afford it without Insurance like that!

OK, me and my fiancee have gotten a joint loan from our bank for a vehicle. Now I have my own insurance, but he is currently on is parents but need to get his own. What I'm wondering is can I put the new vehicle under my insurance or will he have to be added. I thought that in order to drive you have to have insurance but would it work if I just had the vehicle insured and if he was in a accident while driving it, it would be covered right? I really need help, I know absolutely nothing about this kind of stuff. Thanks for your help

my mother is 63 yrs old & she suffers from anxiety, HBP, & diabetes is there any way she can get any kind of insurance or even drug coverage? She has to take care of me, because I am a quadriplegic & she is not physically able to work, but she has been turned down twice for disability. She does not have any type of insurance coverage. The insulin that she takes for her diabetes is very expensive & also is her HBP medicine & her anxiety is also very expensive. After that, you have to add a $250 doctor's visit on top of all of that. Does anyone know if it would be possible for her to get her diabetes medicine and supplies for free?
