Verizon Phone Insurance - LG Chocolate.?
Posted on Mar 16, 2008 under Insurance Information |Last night while I was leaving a friends house I fell in the snow. My phone (LG chocolate) was in my pocket and it fell out and I didnt realize until my friend called to tell me she had found it and that the screen was cracked and all black.
Will verizon replace my phone for me, even though I could probably still use it to call people (and thats it)? If they wont then im going to have to run it over.

if you have insurance then all you have to do is file a claim and they will mail you a new phone. Then you will have to mail the broken one back. I belive there is a $50 deductible

yes u will have to go through the insurance and pay the $50 deductible. and u will receive it within 3 days.
