And I do mean ILLEGAL, agaist the LAW. Which state/country/providence are you from?

    Yes, I live around Central Ohio. Can't really state exactly where for saftey reasons =D

    My bf can't afford insurance on his car lol, yeah he's broke. The cops actually let him go when stopped and asked him for insurance because he has a clean record. *knocks on wood*

    Yes. In Colorado every driver MUST have minimally liability insurance.
