Standard business letter format I think.

You just need to use standard business format. That means you use an inside address on the letter ( on the top left, above where the greeting or salutation would be) and that you put the current date on the top right hand corner. Also, you need to use "Dear Sir/Madam," or "To Whom it May Concern" as your salutation, followed by a colon. Below that line, you need to indent your first paragraph in the body of the letter. Make sure that you proof the letter, and use spell check if you write it on the computer. Next, make sure that you use an appropriate closing, such as " sincerely yours" or "very truly yours", followed by a comma- and your closure also needs to be spaced at least two lines below the last sentence in the body, and in the center of the page. Insert two more spaces, and then type your full name below that, again in the center. The reason for the spaces is to allow for your signature between the closure and your typed name. Use blue or black ink, NOT red, purple, green, or any other color, when signing a business letter.
A few other things to remember: first, make sure that you have the complete address for the company and the full name and title of the person to whom the letter will be sent. Also, letters of this type need to be short and to the point- this is NOT the time to try to rewrite War and Peace. A paragraph or two is all that should be necessary. Spell out abbreviations, and make sure that you limit your use of contracted words, such as won't, can't, shouldn't, didn't, isn't haven't, couldn't, etc. Watch your language- no slang terms, and use plain English- keep your idomatic expressions out of a letter like this. Idiomatic expressions are figures of speech, such as "looking for a needle in a haystack" and" barking up the wrong tree" and "driving on the wrong side of the road" or " slower than molasses in January". Lastly, remember who your audience is- and who you are writing the letter for.

Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
