Does anyone know is MICHILD insurance cover the cost of contact lenses and contact eye exams?

I have michild insurnace. Im 16 years old. Theres a place I go to called Deltavision optical and they covered the cost of my glasses and eye exam 5 years ago.

I want to switch to contact lens and get rid of the glasses. But I heard that it costs about 300 for the exam and lens.

I think im on the "MY KIDS" insurance program. Im still 16, I havent had an eye exam in 5 years!

I dont even wear my glasses nomore because I feel nerdy. I can see without them and it doesnt bother me, like giving me a headache. But like I cant see far away. Like I can see up close but not far away. I can still watch tv and stuff, but stuff like in classrooms I probably couldnt see the board lol.

How much will it cost? Are all contacts disposable? Are there any contacts that you can wear for years? lol

When buying car insurance, why do they do a credit check?

Why does your credit effect your insurance premium. My insurance company withdraws my premium directly out of my checking account, and if I don't pay my insurance, they would simply cancel my policy, so what role does credit have in this situation. I must of had a "ding" or two on my credit, because after I was quoted, my premium went up a few bucks a month after they ran my credit. I have never caused and accident, nor had ANY moving violations……been driving 17 years….what gives? Is this just a way to get more money out of us? Being late on a couple bills over the years does not make you a reckless driver.

Will insurance cover my DUI claim from 20 months ago?

I was arrested for DUI in July 2006. I managed to take out a chain linked fence that apparently costs around $6000 to replace. I have to have this paid pretty soon. They marked that I had no insurance but I did indeed have liability with Geico at the time of the accident.

I've not been able to find any statue of limitation on reporting an accident. I have the original police report as well as the estimate on the fence from the Street Department. Will they likely pay my claim 20 months later?
I didn't report it because it was still ongoing in court. The fence has not been fixed and is still in the shape it was in when I ran into it.
I just filed the claim with Geico. The woman stated that she would immediately contact the Street Department and let them know they are going to cover the fence.

And most health insurances have huge monthly payments without really any coverage. I have gone to individual companies, but they all want court orders. I am trying to do all I can on my own–can't afford an attorney. If I could afford an attorney, I would not be asking you kind people. If I knew how to start a site or blog, I would do that also. I am old enough to be a grandma–doing the best she knows how.
