I am currently working for a good insurance agency and want to transform it into an outstanding one. Any tips for what we should do differently? We are already very successful ($8 mill in annual revenue) but want to bring it to the next level. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

HERE'S THE THING. I was staying in a Bed and Breakfast, and I accidentally knocked a glass off the shelf above the sink. It fell into the sink, remained perfectly intact, but the sink suffered a small hole in the basin. The owners now want me to pay for sink repairs, which I think might be pretty dodgy. They say they're not insured, but I rather thought that B&Bs and the like were required by law to have insurance. Accidents happen, and I don't think they can expect their customers to pay for the damage. So, am I liable to pay?
This is in the UK.

My Mother lives in Michigan and is currently recovering from breast cancer. I am so proud of her to have fought this long and make it through the hard parts. The problem is that we live in Michigan and here it isn't a law that everyone can get insurance through the state. So we are having to pay out of pocket for her insurance, which we can't afford. But she has to keep up with her appointments and check ups. Does anyone know if there are any type of programs or charities for this kind of thing? Thank you in advance for any help!

I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate of how much insurance would be with a major company such as State Farm, Liberty Mutual, ect, on a bayfront or beachfront house in Gulf Shores, AL with an estimated value of $250,000. I'm not looking for an exact figure, but when you type in the figures on Realtor.com it gives you an estimated monthly payment assuming what you put down (%) ect. Does this include insurance? If not, I would def. want Hurricane coverage so if anyone has a rough idea your help would be greatly appreciated!:)
Why wouldn't I be able to be insured?? I am insured in my current home.

My daughter (20yr) was in an auto accident and found to be at fault. Unfortunately, the insurance company would not cover since she had missed a payment (insured 4 years) She has scheduled a date in court to fight her ticket for being at fault, due to the driver who hit her was travelling 60mph+ when everyone was stopped and she was changing lanes to avoid the car ahead of her that slammed on her brakes. My daughter came out ofthis the worst being hit at that speed. A total of two other vehicles were involved, and both insurance companies have offered settlement agreements, and a discount if we settle now. Total settlement would be $15K. One of the insurance companies says that the medical for their client is not settled yet, although their client's car was driveable and barely grazed by my daughters car being thrown into this car.
Question should we settle now, or wait to find out what the court will determine,? How do we best protect ourselves?

My neighbors recently almost burned our building down. I have been thinking of getting renters insurance. I would hate to lose everything like that.
What kind of things can and can't be covered?
How will I know when I find a good plan?
Any suggestions on a Good Company?
Anything I should look out for?
Any other tips or suggestions?
How much should it cost monthly or yearly approximately?
Thank you for any and all help!
