theres this shit called compound w you can get at rite aid put a grip of that on and put a bandaid on over it. might be kinda wierd for down there but whatevers no insurance.
i am guessing you said a n al warts? warts are caused by a virus and they can be contagious. as someone said duct tape might keep the virus contained to the general area and allow your immune system time to kill the infected cells. this will work but it will take time and i doubt you want duct tape on your bunghole. pardon me if it is some other type of warts but again you probably dont want duct tape on any part of your body. alternativly you could put a bandage and that would work similairly.
another method would be to use some wart remover found at your local drug store. this is usually nitric acid or some other derivative and it can be bouhgt with out a perscription and it isn't expensive. i know they say dont put it on your area that you are asking about but if you are careful it would work.
if this is extensive the very best thing to do would be to go see your physican and tell them about your insurance problems. they could refer you to a clinic or somewhere. getting help this way would be the best idea. b/c if you have xxxx warts you might have other issues.

Put duct tape on them for a couple of weeks and they will flake off and heal over completely.
