A great insurance plan is Blue Cross. You pay a copay for office visits. Mine is $15. But once you meet your deductable you don't even have to pay that. They also have a great mental health clause. They are just awesome! My husband just changed jobs. I have my fingers crossed that we are going to get Blue Cross again. Also Humana is good. United Health care is not great at all. They are too many gray areas
