Can someone elses insurance make you pay?
Posted on May 31, 2008 under Insurance Information |I live with my boyfriends mother.The only time I used the cars are to drive to the gas station 2 blocks away.The insurance company called my bf mom and told her that they found out that I was living here and since I am a licensed driver that we have to pay an extra $80 a month

They can do that, unless you tell them you aren't driving. In which case they would want your BF mom to fill out an exclusion, saying you won't drive. But if you do drive after that, they won't cover any accidents.
