Has anyone sued Hartford Insurance lately (that's within the last day or so, that would be lately for Hartford
Posted on Jun 27, 2008 under Insurance Information |I'm having to sue them for not covering something they should have covered and I already know they are the worst insurance company in the business but I was wondering if there is a lawyer out there who just loves sticking it to them and is successful at it?

I have been involved in many lawsuits involving different insurance companies as counsel on both sides, Plaintiff and Defense. I personally have found that there are other companies that are far worse than The Hartford. In fact, I don't think The Hartford is bad at all. As far as "sticking it to them," that is not a very good reason to file a law suit, and it could end up getting you in trouble.
