I will need flood, homeowners insurance. Anything else?

    nothing else just the usual fllod and homeowners ins….if in doubt ask a contractor or call your homeowners ins.company..

    You will also need fire insurance and be certain that your coverage will cover you in the event of a landslide.

    Fall down on top of you insurance - I don't think they have this kind yet so many you might not want to buy that -
