I would say yes, unless you only want to use the benefits of one of the insurances. The dental offices have to let the insurance companies know you have 2 insurances or they will be a part of insurance fraud. 1 insurance will be primary and 1 secondary. The secondary usually will not pay anything until the primary pays first.
