I think you might be talking about General Liability insurance, which is a commercial insurance coverage to cover businesses in the normal course of their business. It coverage a wide range of actions like slip and fall accidents or advertising injury and many things in between.
But you also could be talking about Comprehensive coverage on your automobile which would pay for damage to your car from everything other than a collision. Even some weather related claims that are excluded from your homeowner's policy…like flooding for example…are covered in under your comprehensive coverage.
