    Well it depends on how fast they can adjust the claim.
    If it was a simple and clear accidental fire and you provide proof of claim quickly, most states make them pay within 30 days or less.
    However, if there is anything suspicious, it may take a while and if it is ruled an arson that you set, then you will never get a payout.
