anybody else have lumenos insurance and hate it?

Lumenos is a Blue Cross insurance program. It is designed to make high deductible plans work better for employees of (mostly) small businesses that need to cut back on their benefits costs.
Some brokers really like this program, but I find it is mostly all smoke and mirrors. I'm not surprised that you hate it. Your company's agent did you and your employer a great disservice by placing you in this Blue Cross program.
Tell your employer find another agent. Then, go to market to find something better. There is lots available.
