You don't have a choice. You don't earn enough money to afford health insurance. Millions and millions of people in the United States do not have health insurance. Many people can afford health insurance but do not believe it is worth the high cost. I hope that one day every person in America will have health insurance.
Good luck.

depends where you are in the world. In some countries health insurance is really essential - in others it is not. What would happen if you were found to have cancer - would you be treated at a local hospital for free. If not - get the best health insurance you can afford. If necessary cut back on other things to afford it.

Well, if you have the extra $200 a month, I'd buy it. Or get on the plan through your school.
If something goes wrong when you DON'T have it, no one will sell it to you. So that's why you need it when you're healthy.
