There are free clinics for dental work and medical. For medical try looking up Planned Parenthood. You may want to seek dental treatment at a college. I know that they offer huge discounts on the work.
cheers for answering my question
i just suggest you guys get some VHI or something like that cause it aint really all that expensive about €300 a year thats nothing comparred to what ye would pay if one of ye had to be hospitalised that cost a bomb then you would say why didnt we listen the to "themanwithtwoarms" (me) ;~)
call your local department of welfare (DPW) and ask where you can find free or low cost clinics for people with low incomes that are uninsured. they will tell you where they are - addresses & phone numbers.
you can also apply for an adult basic insurance under welfare for low income uninsured…but if you qualify (usually have to qualify financially and then be uninsured for at least 3 months) there may be a waiting list. where I live the wait time is 15 months. My husband and I are on the wait list and most likely won't get insurance until 2007. But my kids got insurance right away (kids are treated differently under welfare).

Most states have medical clinics funded by the state. Check in your county.
