I started by talking to them and tried working things out. But in the end I just had to suffer as their was no winning against the big company without big bucks. So I reported to better BBB and vowed never to go with All State again.

health insurance…screwed up who my primary care physician was…after spending a whole day fixing it (after them not paying my bills for a year and not telling me) finished up my term & they dropped them. never going to blue cross blue shield again.
