call an insurance agent. workmens comp has nothing to do with liability insurance. if you are a one person company and the owner, you don't need workmens comp.
you cant have workmans comp on one employee only and this has nothing to do with liability insurance.. you can have a P.A (personal accidents) insurance instead.
