I'm trying to choose between the two…which one is better?
If you can tell me that would be great
Thanks
I'm driving uninsured right now because for me to get car insurance is $900 every six months. That would crush me financially right now. Between rent and gas, and what little Starbucks pretends to pay me, not to mention food (and sometimes that's one meal a day, and even then it may be stealing expired sandwiches and pastries from the garbage can at Starbucks). So, it's utterly naive of the government to think of driving as a "luxury", when in reality- when you have to travel 20 miles a day to get to work at Starbucks- walking is unrealistic. The bus routes do not go by there, by the way. How the hell do they expect a 24-year old man to afford car insurance, when he has to work to earn the money to pay for it, and he has to drive to work, and in order to drive he has to drive illegally?! The @#*%ing system is completely screwed up if you ask me. Don't get me started on how the hell I'm supposed to afford gas these days, either.
I pay $212 a month, here in Jersey. I'm 23/female, i've had no points within the last 5 years, and one accident that was not my fault. I need full coverage because i am financing the car! Do you think this is high, or average..?? I have Progressive.
I just found out that a good friend of mine has leukemia. I didnt find it out directly but from another friend. She told me because she is scared and doesnt know how to help. I'm not sure what to do either but I can at least comfort them. My friend hasnt told me what exactly she has, all she knows is that the girl has leukemia and wont get treatment because she doesnt have insurance. MY friend(the one with cancer) is currently living with her sister and two friends in an apartment. she has a part time job and is living check to check. The owner of the apartment is always giving her a hard time and so is her own sister. They dont know she has leukemia but either way they should lay off her. Its gotten to the point where she plans on leaving and living in her car. She is trying to find a full time job so that she can get insurance but so far nothing. I don't know what to do I want to help her. I want her to get treatment. She's only 20 years old! How can I help her please!?
If so many rich Republicans are on McCain's side, why did he have to borrow from his life insurance policy to pay for his television ads? If McCain does not have enough money to manage his own private business affairs, how can he manage the US government's economy that is suffering tremendously because of all of the money America is spending overseas? I honestly admire McCain for his valor & courage during the Vietnam War but the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan are different, and the United States has made tremendous sacrifices in effort to change the world and build democracies in countries that are much older than the USA and steeped in historical and religious traditions. The great General Omar Bradley said that "we (Americans) know more about war than we know about peace." There are many great quotes about the terrible consequences of war by former American generals including Presidents Eisenhower that you should read & remember. Auditors: Iraq faces budget surplus By ANNE FLAHERTY, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - Iraq isn't spending much of its own money, despite soaring oil revenues that are pushing the country toward a massive budget surplus, auditors told Congress on Tuesday.
The expected surplus comes as the U.S. continues to invest billions of dollars in rebuilding Iraq and faces a financial squeeze domestically because of record oil prices.
"The Iraqis have a budget surplus," said U.S. Comptroller General David Walker. "We have a huge budget deficit. . . . One of the questions is who should be paying."
Walker and the other auditors did not give a figure as to the likely surplus. U.S. officials contend that Iraq's lack of spending is due primarily to Baghdad's inability to determine where its money is needed most and how to allocate it efficiently. Two senators have called for an investigation into the matter.
The Government Accountability Office estimates that the U.S. has designated $6 billion to rebuild Iraq's energy sector and $300 million to develop Iraq's government ministries. But GAO contends that the U.S. doesn't have a strategic plan on how to accomplish either goal.
The State Department told investigators it believes the Iraqis should be responsible for devising such a plan. GAO disagreed.
"In our view, it's a shared responsibility. U.S. taxpayer money is involved," Walker said.
Last week, Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and John Warner, R-Va., asked GAO to investigate what Iraq is doing with its oil revenue. The senators estimated that Iraq will realize "at least $100 billion in oil revenues in 2007 and 2008."
This is the summary of the article by Anne Flaherty of the Washington Post found on TODAY'S YAHOO NEWS.

I gave the URL for the Peace Learning Center because there is a saying that goes: "We have seen the enemy, and the enemy are us." There is a lot of crime in America, and especially a lot of juvenile crime and heinous school killings. No one seems to be addressing this in the USA. It seems sometimes like America is building more jails than schools. Police, fire fighters, and other public servants including soldiers in the National Guard and the Armed Forces in the USA do not get paid enough for what they have to do to take care of all of us. There are real men and women fighting the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and we don't know anything about them and what they have to go through day to day. What about their life insurance policies?
I had a stroke a few years back, now cannot get health insurance. I need to see a specialists about my knee and will no doubt need surgery… I have no money to get this done… what kind of assisted programs will help me. I am a senior citizen and we are retired living mostly on social security…Can anyone help me?
My 43 yr old brother was just hospitalized with a minor stroke. High blood pressure is cause. He will need to be on prescribtion meds for the rest of his life. He has no health insurance, single, and makes a very low income. Where can he find a health care provider that will cover his meds that he needs to survive?
Hello everyone, I'm interested in purchasing a Limo just for fun this summer. Now insurance is a pretty big deal. What kind of insurance do I need? I wouldn't be in it for the money really, but I may drive a few people around and ask for some money for gas. What kind of plan will I need for this? Anyone do the same thing I'm planning on doing? Can someone give me a rough estimate as to how much it may cost?
