If an electrician (or plumber or any other professional) comes to my home and injures himself (in the case of an electrician, he electricutes himself) do I have any liability? Does it matter if he's a licensed professional or not? What if he damages my home - like a ladder falls and breaks a window? When an electrician says he's "insured" does it mean he's covered for damage to my home or damage to himself? Or both? Thanks to all who can provide some answers!

Look who is watching over them - Jesus, guardian angels, saints and little fish stickers
with all that extra protection, shouldn't Christians be in fewer accidents than other people?

Read the following quote from Hillary Clinton in 1994, In it she states that Mandated healthcare coverage leaves millions uninsured. However she has never stated as such during the campaign. Why was Hillary against mandated Health Insurance in 1994 and for it in 2008?
'The only examples we have of individual mandates are those like auto insurance requirements in many states where, in spite of the fact that the state has access to all drivers through the licensing process, literally thousands and even hundreds of thousands of drivers remain uninsured in states with such an individual mandate.'
Although 47 states mandate that everyone have Auto insurance, almost 15 percent of drivers do not.
Not Me - What's so different between 1994 and 2008 when it comes to Universal Healthcare coverage.
Noah H - Are you aware of the origination of Hillary's current healthcare plan? It was proposed by Republican Senator John Chafee in 1994.
Misty1949 - Where are my facts wrong. I read half of the article that you posted and saw nothing that conflicts with my statement. The facts are clear, Hillary did not support a Mandated healthcare plan when she worked so hard to come up with a "universal" healthcare plan in 1994, yet now she does.

One, wielding power from the gov. and the fear of calamity, tricks innocent people out of their hard earned money and with evil deceitful schemes allows many of the same to lose their homes, their livelihoods or even their lives while those at the top just keep getting disgustingly wealthier.
The other, holding back the truth behind a facade of smiling idols, encourages empty prayers to the same and leads hordes of people into utter darkness, all of them believing it is light.
I personally hate both with pure hatred and would hope for their destruction for the good of those oppressed by them.
The end will probably come first and justice for them with it.
And you?

Can any one tell me why it is that when I enter my details on confused.com I get a quote for lets say £200 from post office web site and if I enter the same details on moneysupermarket.com it comes up with £267 but if I go to the web site direct I get a quote for over £300. it must be cheaper to get direct other than going through a search engine. has anyone else noticed this? would I get a better deal by paying more at the main web site or would it be the same cover with the search site.
all three amounts were done within 10 mins and all quotes from the post office. I just don't know why three different sites would give different amounts it should be the same.

Last night while I was leaving a friends house I fell in the snow. My phone (LG chocolate) was in my pocket and it fell out and I didnt realize until my friend called to tell me she had found it and that the screen was cracked and all black.
Will verizon replace my phone for me, even though I could probably still use it to call people (and thats it)? If they wont then im going to have to run it over.
