I had a car accident this morning In NJ, I was borrowing my roomates car but I only have a license and I'm not on her Insurance, the taxi driver is @ fault and he was given a summons, pls advise what can i do b/c people are telling me i'm screwed if i'm not on her insurance? can i call the insurance
coo.and add myself on today?? pls advise need help !!!!
My license is from florida not from NJ
thank you so much b/c I don't know what to do, they are telling me since i'm not on her insurance i might not be able to claim anything, plus to top it off she has liablity only with liberty mutual
So should I proceed and file the claim?
Thank You all for your advices, It has been very helpful the police report will be ready wednesday so i will call his insurance company to cover this problem.

About two months ago my old insurance called me telling me they had recieved a returned letter they were trying to get to me(because I had moved). The lady whom which I spoke with told me it was a reembursment check for some charges for when I had to stay at this kinda hotel for sick people lol. I gave her my new address and I received th check in the mail. I recently cashed the check about a week ago and today I see a returned check fee. The bank told me they stopped payment of the check so now im out 198.41 plus 20.00 returned check fee. Basically they told me the place that I stayed at stopped the check. So now Im waiting for that place to call me back, but I just want to if their is anything I can do? I mean it was only 198.41 but what if I didnt have any other money in my account and had spent some of that money my account would have been over drawn , they contacted me to get me this check , they could have at least contacted me to say hey dont cash this it was a mistake
I just talked to the people from the place i was staying they said they talk to the insurance co and they told them whoever i talked to was wrong because the hotel could not have stopped the check and that i need to call back i called the insurance back and I am awaiting a return call from them- ring around the rosey

My husband was offered Aetna Health Insurance but we're thinking about getting coverage through my company.
We have Multiplan PPO there.

My mother has had a life insurance policy for over 30 years now. She had taken out 1000.00 about 3 years ago. NOW she wants to just pull all of it but doesn't know if she can. Does anyone know?

Is it possible to get healthcare coverage immediately when moving to the U.S. for a job if your wife is 7 months pregnant coming from Europe. We pay into a private plan in Europe and don't know if it helps. I tried emailing companies in the states and have not received any replies… Has anyone been in this situation? .
My wife is a U.S. citizen and we don't know anyone for her to stay with in the country.
Possibly the company will have to wait or I will have to decline the position…

My doctor just told me that I need to reduce the hours I work. I cannot survive on part time. I need to find out how disability works and how to get started. Thanks for any help.
